The autumn of 2024 highlighted the strong partnership between the STU Centre of European Projects and the UNIPI Research Services Office through two significant staff exchanges. These exchanges aimed to strengthen cooperation, share expertise, and advance joint efforts in research and innovation.

October Exchange: STU Visits UNIPI for MSCA Doctoral Network Collaboration

In October, project managers Andrea Biskupičová and Viltaré Platzner from the STU Centre of European Projects visited the UNIPI Research Services Office for a week-long job shadowing experience. During their stay, they collaborated closely with UNIPI colleagues on the development of a proposal for the MSCA Doctoral Network, exchanging valuable insights and best practices in project management.

November Exchange: UNIPI Visits STU to Refine Project Proposals

In November, Marco Bargagna from the UNIPI Research Services Office traveled to Bratislava, where he worked alongside colleagues from the STU Rector’s Office and researcher Radislav Paulen. The week was filled with productive discussions and brainstorming sessions focused on refining a new project proposal, emphasizing teamwork and shared vision.

These visits mark the successful completion of the staff exchange task under Work Package 1 of the FrontSeat project. However, we see this as more than a milestone—it’s the beginning of a long-term collaboration. The knowledge, experiences, and connections built during these exchanges will undoubtedly serve as a strong foundation for future joint initiatives.

We extend our gratitude to all participants for their dedication and for making these exchanges a source of inspiration and mutual growth.
